Cody started working for Northwestern Mutual in January. Its such a great job! He loves it. It exactly what he wanted to do. The only down fall to the job is that he is working really long hours, like 7am to 8pm most days. But hopefully he can start working a little less because I miss him.
For me I am working at a salon. Its really great. Im working about 40 hours a week. I reception two days out of the week. Its nice because it switches things up a bit. I also assist one of the best hair dresses ever, its so great. I am learning so much from him.
Since Cody is gone a lot i've had to get use to hanging out by myself. So Ive started sewing. Im in the process of making a really cute skirt, ill post a picture of it when im done. I also have started to read a lot; something I used to never do. I love it!

Hey you! Looks like you guys are both keeping busy! That's awesome your making a skirt!! You guys are so cute! I know how ya feel about being "lonely" but hang in there! Seriously eat up all the time you have together cuz everything goes by so fast!! Can you believe that mine & YOUR one year anniversary is coming up..AH!!!
Holy Moly! I have a sister in law with some mad skills! Now I need to learn how to dance and sew from you. I think we better live in the same state so I can get some lessons.
Shane and I are coming back next week. I'm looking forward to actually getting to spend time with you!
