My six weeks is over and I have begun the work outs to try and toon up my body. I didnt really gain a lot of weight, but all my muscles are weak! and I about through up over 20 minutes of cardio. I dont get to go to the gym every day now that I have a kiddo to look after, so I need some work outs I can do at home. I started this video last week and love it but I need more. Any videos that you guys use and like let me know.

We have been doing p90x around our house and its a really good workout everyday. I know its super expensive to buy it directly but you can get the disks on ebay for half the price.
