Pictures speak a thousand words!

This picture is of my grandma and grandpa Groesbeck on my wedding day. I just love it, it expresses everything I feel about them. It actually makes me cry looking at it. They have been the best grandparents ever! I have so many fun memories with them. They had 9 kids including my dad. We always do Thanksgiving dinner together. This is not a normal Thanksgiving dinner though. Sense the hole family comes plus everyones kids, there is about 40+ people there. Kinda a lot to fit around a table. So we go to the church lol:) And eat dinner there and play basketball after! Its so fun.

The whole family was together! The picture was pretty tricky though because Jennifer the photographer is in the picture. It was fun she had to run back and forth after each picture.

Family is so wonderful!! For Easter Cody and I were able to go to my sisters house where all of my family met. It was so great to be together!! We had so much fun! My sister Jennifer has the cutest little kids ever, it is so fun to watch them grow up and get so big and smart. I wish we lived closer to my family, so we could see them everyday!

The Nuggets Game!!

On Saturday Cody and I went to the Nuggets game. It was so fun!! We went with everyone from his work, and his boss paid for everyone's tickets plus $30 of concession coupons. We had club seating so that was pretty cool too. It was a little weird for me, because my whole life Ive been a Utah Jazz fan. But I guess I'm a Nuggets fan now that I live in Colorado:)

You would think it would be easy spending $30 at a BB game because everything is so expensive but it was hard! When we first got there me and Cody shared Chinese food for dinner. Then realized we still had $21 to spend. I was full and didnt want to eat anything else. So Cody got a pretzel, a mt dew, lg popcorn and ice cream! And ate it all! Just so we didn't waste the free money lol. And Im pretty sure he could have eaten more:)

So if any of you know my dad, you all know what an amazing man he is. He is the best dad anyone could ever ask for. I love him so much. So when I was growing up  I decided I wanted to marry someone just like him. AND I DID. Cody is so much like my dad. They have the same sense of humor, the kind that pretty much they only get there own jokes and the only reason you laugh is cause it was kinda dumb lol. And they both really like sports. And don't you agree on they both have the same smile....

Its been a while!

So its been a really long time since I've added a new post. I keep waiting for something really exiting to write about. But Cody and I are so busy that nothing exiting is going on. So ill just catch you up on what we've been up to.

Cody started working for Northwestern Mutual in January. Its such a great job! He loves it. It exactly what he wanted to do. The only down fall to the job is that he is working really long hours, like 7am to 8pm most days. But hopefully he can start working a little less because I miss him.

  For me I am working at a salon. Its really great. Im working about 40 hours a week. I reception two days out of the week. Its nice because it switches things up a bit. I also assist one of the best hair dresses ever, its so great. I am learning so much from him.

Since Cody is gone a lot i've had to get use to hanging out by myself. So Ive started sewing. Im in the process of making a really cute skirt, ill post a picture of it when im done. I also have started to read a lot; something I used to never do. I love it!
